A thread about speculation over a 36 year-old transferring to a joke retirement league is more relevant than any shitty Celtic thread you have ever made or will ever make

I'm glad you posted this in its own thread.

Agree; this board is obsessed with having everything in one thread.

If we put every transfer rumour as its own thread (even if it was just MLS-related), there would be no room for any other threads.

This as its own thread is beyond stupid.

Note: I would be fine with this thread (as Pirlo is one of the greatest players of his generation) if it was confirmed, but it's not. This is purely speculation.

You would have lost your mind on reddit by now on this with 3 different threads.

People posting the AS link, then MLS twitter citing AS and prosoccertalk doing the same.

I agree because Pirlo has always been so insignificant in the sport.

PIRLO PLAYS DOWN JUVE EXIT

There’s good news for Juventusfans following their Champions League disappointment after Andrea Pirlo brushed aside speculation that he will leave the Serie A champions this summer despite reports linking him with Major League Soccer.

The Italy international cried after his team's Champions League final defeat to Barcelona on Saturday.

"Were my tears a goodbye to Juventus? No, they were for the defeat," Pirlo told Sky Sport Italia. "It is the kind of opportunity that I will rarely get again."

Sky Sport Italia understand Juventus midfielder Andrea Pirlo is set to sign for New York City. It is also thought Sydney FC are interested in signing the player.
