Bradley to Arsenal.

Reasons:
Arsenal needs another DM. Arsenal is currently going after Cabaye but they will probably have to pay 20 million pounds.

Roma has already said they are willing to sell Bradley for around 15 million euros, which is less than 13 million pounds.

The difference in quality between Cabaye and Bradley is less than 7 million pounds, in my opinion.

Bradley is a more defensive minded midfielder than Cabaye is. He's extremely disciplined and is a good passer and an intelligent player. Arsenal needs a player more in Bradley's mold than Cabaye's, if you ask me.

Arteta is injured and may not have a whole lot of gas left in the tank. He's clearly the superior option to Wilshere in the double pivot, but he will probably need more rotation this year. Bradley would be a good choice.

Bradley is younger than Cabaye and if he does really well could be sold later for more.

I would love me the shite out of a Bradley Arsenal jersey.

What do y'all think?

Fug yeah. Even as a Spurs fan I could support this. I'd love for him to get some tutelage under Arsene.
That being said, Roma and Serie A is the absolute perfect fit for Bradley and his skill set.

I´m sure Nike has the potential profitability figure on this.

Could be a good fit but I don't see Arsene going for it.

I don't disagree with any of this. The main issue would be the pressure on Bradley, especially if Arsenal don't make big money signings.

I've been on the Bradley to Arsenal bandwagon for a while now. At least at the pubs.

Posted this in another thread, figured it needed to be in this one too.

On ESPNFC today, Alexi went full retard and suggested Bradley come back to MLS.

Agreed. I don't really have anything to substantiate this, but I have this notion that Arsene probably doesn't rate US players at all. Maybe it's a bit unfair since no US player that has come thru has every really fit the Arsenal system very well. I agree 100% with the OP though. I would prefer Bradley over Cabaye for several reasons. He's younger, he meets Arsenal's more immediate needs, and he brings a level of pitch awareness/consistency that could really help in promoting better defensive shape that is so transparently lacking with something like the Ramsey-Wilshere double pivot. We saw Aston Villa have so much success orchestrating counters because there was frankly no presence at CDM. And Arteta is obviously not one when fit either.

However, right now, it seems, it's clear Arsene wants CMs that can rotate and confuse defenders; ergo, he will sign the more versatile Cabaye.

Bradley is pretty good going forward and can make a pretty nasty through ball when given the chance, aka Theo's best friend.

Honestly, I would say both at this point.

Thanks for giving substantial reasoning for your critique.
