Loris made two ridiculous saves, or else we'd be up 4-0 by virtue of Mane alone. I can't believe how hot he was out of the gates to start with, so far.

I've supported Liverpool for long enough to know that this has "Ben Davies 2nd half hat trick" written all over it.
From LFC sub. Awkward laugh because of how true it is...

This front 6 is our best... I believe I read it's the first time they've started together since we destroyed Stoke..

but so was Gini

Agreed. Mane was MotM but Gini was 98% as brilliant today.

I don't understand the people who still question Gini. Everytime he's played when he hasn't had an under-23 team surrounding him, he's been solid-to-brilliant. As a matter of fact, its my opinion that Lallana would not be having near the year that he's been having thus far if it weren't for Wijnaldum.

How effective has Lallana been with Can starting in midfield? Not very.

With Wijnaldum anchoring the middle, Lallana has had freedom to press and make charges and stay on the front foot at will.

He's been great... the only thing that hasn't been, is his finishing... a few of those passes today remind you he used to play as a #10..

He's really learning a new position this season... Whats really impressed me is his strength...

Fricking Mane is a handful. At one point Davies looked like he was sick to his stomach.

Did... did I just witness a black Super Saiyan?

He is my second favorite player on the team after Coutinho.

He is a player who truly understands what a privilege it is to put that kit on. As a side note, Inaki Williams keeps talking about what an unbelievable honor it is to be mentioned with LFC. I know he is expensive but holy shite would he be perfect for our system!!!

A man came dream Zaba. I think Klopp's head would explode for the price I saw.

I think I saw where his release clause was 50M euros? I also think they said that was around 43M pounds.

Yeah, that's half-again as much as we paid for Mane, but (1) if he can come in and play like Mane it would still be worth it and (2) as much as we've come out making money on the xfer market over the last year, if we also end up selling Sturridge it may not be a ridiculous price to pay (again, that is, if Klopp thinks he can do the job like Mane can).

But I agree with you, I don't think it would ever happen.

I'd be a little worried about Williams hitting the ground running as a #9 in the EPL... His pace would be electric...

If we were gonna spend that kinda money, I'd almost rather go for Dembele at Celtic... though there will prob be more competition...

We definitely need some pace up top... I love Bobby, but he aint that fastest...
