Full day of games - too many to list.
United with an interesting formation to get DiMaria on the field.
More of a 3-3-2-2 in its look. Don't know if thats just NBC trying to get guess at how it will run though.

What the shite is going on at the back for United? Burnley has looked like a team full of Ronaldo clones against this backline. Luckily, Di Maria looks quick and majestic, outside of that shite pass he put in to Rooney, if you could even call it that.

I think that new system will take awhile to get used to, and the formation that they are playing today really leaves no protection for a back 3 that is short on confidence playing it.
They need a world class defensive midfielder if they are going to do this.

I think their best formation (meaning getting best players on the field) when everyone is healthy is a diamond, with Carrick at the base and Di Maria/Herrera on the sides and Mata at the tip...
Edit: obviously, that's on paper.. May not translate to the pitch and the backline is still questionable, regardless...

I think it was a 50/50 but from the Ref's angle probably really hard to call it a PK.
