It took forever but the Premier League is actually interesting this year. Congratulations, guys.

Y'all have been conditioned by the Premier League to hate creativity

We already have a leaky defense and we're playing with 3 defenders a midfielder at LB, one true midfielder, 4 AM's and a striker. I know we want to press and play higher up the pitch but forgive me for being slightly apprehensive

yeah, I think we'd like to have a true defensive mid sitting in front of the back 4... that would allay the fear...

It's Burnley, dude. There's not really any need to load up on defensive midfielders if your opponent is going to play 10 behind the ball.

I don't think asking for 1 is loading up... That said, we should be okay against Burnley... but we did the same against Arsenal at the emirates...

The NBC Live App sucks on XB1. I can't even get a game.

I'm okay with it this week... I think most are waiting for Can to be ready to go the full 90

Should be an interesting 6-team race for 4 spots. Stupid early observations are that the Manchester clubs are the best but like I said, stupid early. If Arsenal closes the window without a defender, they could end up finishing out of the Champions League.

I may be wrong but I think hoping for Can to be your lynchpin is fool's gold. I'm willing to watch and admit I'm wrong though, if need be.

To be honest. most fans believe we needed a true holding mid in the window... that said, with our current squad.. he's the most suited to play that position..
