Arsenal were far superior. That was an absolutely tragic performance from Chelsea. Looked like United under Moyes.
Chelsea needs 3-4 players. Only 5 first-team-ready defenders in the squad. Chasing the game the subs were Falcao, Moses and Zouma. That's awful.

Jack, I think Chelsea were the better team in the second half. Would have been a different game if y'all had finished your chances. But Giroud fluffed a few too. Arsenal did a good job of closing Chelsea down in the final third.

Outside of Hazard's chance/Oscar's free kick (which Cech always had covered), just didn't create much. Just had a lot of possession and put the ball in the box hoping something happened.

Been saying this all summer, I really think we are going to be in a fight for top 4 with the squad as it stands now. We got worse and made one of our top rivals much better
How does a team with Chelsea's resources allow that to happen?
I almost hoped we wouldn't look good today and maybe even into the first week or two of the season in hopes it might wake someone up over there and do something to make this team better.
