It's pretty much Wenger or bust.

Do you really think the federation would listen to his advice? He could turn around the program in a big way, but I don't see him succeeding in the role if Capello couldn't succeed. Although those Capello teams were excellent up until the WC finals.

watched that 2010 Germany/England game in a pub near Oxford. The people flooding out into the streets after the game were PISSED (in both senses of the word). I am scared to think how the country will react to this loss.

Lucky its a monday night so nothing to major.

After the loss to Italy in the WC on a saturday night it was complete chaos. Fights in the bars, pubs and streets in Peterborough all night.

Hilarious to listen to these announcers acting like this is a historic upset.

@Squawka No #ENG player completed more take-ons vs. #ISL tonight than Marcus Rashford (3). He came on in the 86th minute...

Sure but they're hard as frick to break down. That means a lot.

We are on the same page.

I still think France beats them. "Crush" was too strong.

I should have stuck with "Crush"

I was thinking about that the other day, actually. They should be who we model ourselves after. Hard-working, athletic defenders, smart and organized tactics. That's something we can do.

It works for them because they are all Italian and all love Italy. That's something we can't/won't do.
