That PK was definitely a make up call for the other one they didn't call. But that doesn't negate Jay Heaps acting like a 3 yr old.

Ref is shite. Dwyer gets ran over at full speed on a defender who has no idea what the frick he's doing or where's he's going and then he calls a PK on that soft tug. Game is out of control
