The USMNT probably rakes in more ticket sales/merchandise from a Gold Cup than the Women do from a World Cup.

Attendance numbers with higher ticket prices alone give the men a bigger revenue stream.

I watched most of it. They were awful, but they basically used the tournament to try out a new formation and a ton of new players.
In a meaningful tournament, your money should still be on the US women.

I'm pretty much only finding sites that say the women make as much as or more, especially last year, that's why I asked. Would love to see a chart or something of the last five years, but I can't find it.

In my opinion their salaries should be a percentage of the money they bring in for USSF, so I can see why they'd be upset.
