Match Day 11/23 | Serge Aurier is a Threat to England Edition

Couple of earlier kickoffs today in the games happening further east. Four teams can advance to the round of 16 today: Benfica, Napoli, Barcelona, Manchester City.
Also, if you're interested, the Liguilla (playoffs) begin in Liga MX Apertura. Worked out you get the Superclásico between Chivas and América in the quarters tomorrow.

Arsenal - PSG, 1:45 p.m. (FS1)
Ludogorets - Basel, 1:45 p.m. (ESPN3)
Arsenal and PSG have both advanced to Round of 16. If Arsenal-PSG produces a winner, that side will advance as group winners.
Group B
Besiktas - Benfica, 11:45 a.m. (FS+)
Napoli - Dynamo Kyiv, 1:45 p.m. (ESPN3)
Benfica advances with a win. Napoli advances with a win and Benfica win.
Group C
Borussia Mönchengladbach - Manchester City, 1:45 p.m. (Fox Sports Net)
Celtic - Barcelona, 1:45 p.m. (FS2)
Barcelona advances with win or draw and Gladbach draw/loss. City advances with win/draw. Barcelona can win group with win and City loss.
Group D
Rostov - Bayern Munich, 11 a.m. (FS1)
Atlético Madrid - PSV, 1:45 p.m. (ESPN3)
Atlético and Bayern have both advanced to Round of 16. Atleti can win group with win and Bayern draw/loss or with a draw and Bayern loss.
