He hasn't gotten a call for it yet so can you really call it a skill?

He needs to buy at least 2 fullbacks, a couple of midfielders, and at least another center back before they have a capable squad.

Agreed. We need all new fullbacks and a defensive mid that can cover. The whole back line is so old minusStones.

Fernandinho has been sent off 3 times in last 6 matches.. is that correct?

I know this will trigger SCH but that first half is a great example of how important Hendo is to this LFC team. Emre has been very underwhelming

I'm not going to pretend City doesn't have some squad issues, but somebody as highly regarded as Pep with the talent he has at his disposal has no excuse for struggling to make the top four. Liverpool is playing James Milner at LB and getting wins. Chelsea had serious issues and Conte masked it by changing the system up. Pep needs players, but he should be doing much better than he is currently.

He should've still been banned from his actions during the Chelsea match

100% agree

You can do great things at other places, but at some point you can't just keep throwing absurd amounts of money at your problems

Lfc really need to buckle down and get 3 points right here. Next league game being at Old Trafford means we can't afford to drop any more points

He's not doing very well, but you're giving the quality of that squad way too much credit. It goes beyond "squad issues." They finished 4th last year in what might have been the worst year for the Premier League since its inception.

Since then, Chelsea and Liverpool have gotten much stronger. Chelsea made a fantastic hire and Liverpool is becoming more Klopp's team. Both of those teams made giant leaps, and Leicester fell way off. It's not out of the realm of possibility for City to be hovering around 4th or 5th right now. I think they'll finish 3rd or 4th, unless they have a great transfer window.

Seriously, look at City's squad without getting caught up in hype. They really don't have very many good players, especially if you don't look at their attackers. They're super weak from the midfield back. Their midfield is so bad that Pep had to drop a grudge he was holding, and that never happens, to play Yaya Toure. It's so sad about Ilkay Gundogan because he's one of the best midfielders in the world, but he keeps suffering serious injuries.

City just turned it around with two in quick succession. Sterling did his best to screw up a sure goal and is bailed out by Kun.

But yes I agree.

Stop being selfish! Holy shite. Whoever gets the ball to the top of the box first is taking the shot.

Jesus we look so sloppy

I wouldn't be the least bit disappointed if we play our U-23's in our FA cup match coming up to give everyone a break
