excited for this season. need a few more signings to pan out and sounds like LvG is giving everyone a 45 minute max playing time per pre-season. ready to see how some of the young guys are coming along.

Quite excited to follow another season from start to finish. Hope they're able to nail down a few more signings to fill out the squad.

This Italian RB we're going after would be an excellent signing. I've read that Munich and Napoli are preparing bids, too.

Matteo Darmian.

Honestly think you guys are a real threat for the title next year. At this point I'm just praying City make the top four since everyone else is making moves and we've only lost guys. Looking forward to watching Depay and Di Maria (if ya'll don't sell him"

We can contend if Michael Carrick stays healthy for most of the season, and that's not something I'm very confident in. We really, really need another CM that can fill that role, obviously, those types of players aren't exactly readily available.

We may not be first in the league, but we're first in your hearts.

The Dailymail is reporting that United have signed Darmian for £12.7 million. Darmian was picked as the Azzurri's best player in 2014, as voted on by the fans.

Fullback, specialist.

Honestly had only seen him once prior to us being linked with him.

Awesome pick up for an awesome price.

Manchester United are close to completing the signing of Torino defender Matteo Darmian after agreeing a four-your contract with the player, according to Sky sources.

United have already settled on a fee of £12.7m with Torino which could rise to £14.4m if the player reaches certain incentives.

So who is left at striker after Rooney (assuming Depay is deployed as a winger)?

Don't worry, I'm sure y'all will end up with Laccazzette to fill that void

Rooney finally doesn't go on CM duty

Depay will def have to fill in as a striker when needed but he got wingers for days to let him player there.

LvG must be all in on James Wilson.
