At the rate City's at, they'll catch up in about 450 years.

Good morning. Should I bring doughnuts next time I visit? I want to make sure I'm hospitable.

I see you have Powell listed as a striker. I thought he was a midfielder.

Krispy Kreme. No exceptions. Go when the hot light is on.

Nope. Forward and sometimes an attacking mid. He was a stud at Crewe Alexandra, and they have a great reputation for shelling out quality technical players. He could be great in the future.

Hmm. Everywhere else has him as a forward.

To the OP, I see on the Man U forums we are also rumored for modric but I don't see it happening. There is also the specualtion that nani and anderson might leave.....
Personally I would really like moutinho but martinez is more of a need. All the great teams have that iron guy in the midfield, makelele, scholes, toure ect.

Looks like Anderson is going to play out the rest of his contract with United.
I for one thought that Modric was a long shot anyway, especially after getting Kagawa. We need more of a defensive midfielder, so a guy like Moutinho or Martinez would be great.
Rumor is that Berbs is actually going to stay, despite reports of him wanting out. I'd rather see him go...he's older and wasn't much of a weapon last season. With Welbeck rising and Powell coming in, we're good up front...unless we can swoop in and get a clear #3 striker like a Lewandowski or even a vet like Huntleaar.
Big rumor today is Fryers to Spurs. Would rather see him go to a smaller English club.

It's being reported that Fryers has signed with Spurs and that a "concrete" bid has been put in for Moutinho.

Yea I heard 20 mill euros for moutinho, he was my personal number 1 that I wanted signed with martinez and alba being a close second, alba is out, looks like its baines now for lb.
Yea modric is pretty much out to....he agreed with both us and real on the fee so its up to him on where he wants to go
