Yeah, that's rare for a dude who's already past 25 or so. Good deal.

Crazy he couldn't get into the team

He seemed like the perfect Jose player

Def will use the money to find a Carrick replacement

quote:

Speaking to Sport TV, the Manchester United manager said: “I am convinced that in this winter market we will be sellers and not buyers. We want to raise pounds to attack in the summer, as we did this year with the contract of four players.”

I was really hoping Rooney could have put one in for the record. Especially once Zlatan tied it up. The winner against the scousers at OT to break Sir Bobby's record would have been perfection.

Honestly I think he's more bitter about the fact that you could see that's what y'all were gonna do when Fellaini came on, and he couldn't do anything about it because he couldn't have Matip on the bench.

In other news United now have the longest unbeaten run in Europe after Madrid lost and yet we are still in 6th

Yeah, I'm not bothered at all by that long ball comment. We went more direct in the later portion of the game, and it paid off. There's nothing to defend. LvG would be building another dossier over it though

It's frustrating that in the midst of this run we haven't moved the needle on our position at all. Some teams above us will face each other in the next few weeks. We have a good fixture list leading up to the City game. We'll know a lot more about our prospects then, really need maximum points in the buildup to the Bitters.

I'm excited about the next few months. We're still in four competitions. We've got a lot of games on the horizon

Alexander Buttner in with tBantz:

Yeah he's oozing bitterness there. It's low hanging fruit to poke fun at, but it's also the cause of LFC dropping 2 points. You can't be bitter about it if it works, especially when United didn't resort to it until the last few minutes. The majority of the game you were running the channels.

Looks like Memphis to Lyon will happen and we will make money off him.

Also supposedly a buy back clause

I thought he was more expensive than 19. Wow.

ETA: All I'm seeing is 25 for him, which wouldn't be that bad of a loss.

ETA2: Now I see the 19, PSV confirmed it.

Not only is there a buyback clause, but there is also supposedly a sell-on clause.

Woodward is working some magic.
