I don't have time to read it as I'm in the middle of exams. What was so terrible?

It's just kinda random and no specifics on why 10...

What we do know...

Is that the incident was the highest trending on twitter... that was taken into account...

They acknowledged his apology, but since he felt that a 3 game ban was enough... he didnt realize the gravity of the situation... that was taken into account..

They also said they really wanted to send a strong message, which says to me... on face value it was probably worth 7 games, but we're going to tack on an extra 3 to hammer the point home...

They said they treated this as an isolated case and no previous incidents were taken into account... bullshite!

So to summarize... We can do whatever we want, without explanation and we are going to make a scapegoat of the dirty foreigner...

You honestly expected a different rationale? We knew it would be a witch hunt. Whatever, I'm just glad its behind everyone. Lets push on and get Sturridge some regular playing time so next season back lines wont know who to mark. Pick your poison!

A director at Ooredoo (formerly Qatar Telecom), is quoted by Al Jazeera saying:

quote:

“The goal was to sponsor a big English club with a huge history, our search included Arsenal & Manchester United but the former two have long sponsorship deals and the same applies to Manchester City so Liverpool is the only club available right now.”

“We want to sponsor the club in full. We want to sponsor the Stadium (possibly rename it) as well as the club’s kits. Our goal is to reach the Asian markets where the Premier League has an enormous fan base.”

“We received the tender from the club a few days ago and we are currently in the process of due diligence and we are studying each aspect of the study.”

“It is a dual interest, Liverpool needs the money to compete with the European heavyweights and we want to expand our brand to reach new markets via football.”

Our key to the new stadium? Would be great news for the club.

I swear to fricking God, if they change the badge to some bullshite Asian crap like they did with Cardiff I will go on a rampage. This is the only thing I'm worried about. Change the stadium, give us money, do whatever. But if you start to dabble with the history, game fricking over.

You saw those pics of Messi... he clearly is dejected and may feel the need for a change with Barca being knocked off their perch...

I'm clearly joking...

"A big club with huge history", The frick is Shitty doing in there. 1 title in what, 50 years. A big club with unending reserves of Benjamins or whatever oohlala name they have for their moolah in the sand dunes, more like.

Also nice piece of courtship that. "Our first second third choices were all unavailable so we went with you losers." That said, gimme 200 mn, that the club can spend over the next 2 years and I'll bite your hands off, just don't give Anfield a crappy name.

I assume (hope) that he was referring to naming a new stadium. As far as I'm concerned, none of these money rich bastards should have rights to name a stadium unless it sits in Stanley Park.

I hate to revisit this but if you need any proof that this ban is plain BS. This is what Whiskey nose had to say yesterday "I can understand how Liverpool are aggrieved at it, I must say that."

Even Alex Ferguson sees it. I rest my fricking case.

In other news the ooredoo deal might be the real deal. More rumblings on the twatter. I personally am very sceptical. But one thing give it a smidgen of legitimacy, the fact that it was on Al Jazeera. They don't publish crap.

Dude, SAF is just another typical delusional Liverpool fan. So is Alan Pardew.

I just realized Suarez has played his last game with Carragher. Sad that it happened like it did.

Come on you Reds!!!!

You can never replace the league's best player, but this is a very capable starting 11...

Sturridge with the brace... 3-1!!!!
