Future talent on display for Olympic Qualifying

Trapp, Hyndman, and Zelalem in the midfield together with Miazga, and Carter-Vickers paired up at CB. I think this will be beautiful.

1' Kiesewetter with a perfect cross to Morris for the easy header.
57' Zelalem subbed off. Pelosi in.
70' Morris with a beautiful finish
80' Canada corner kick headed in . Horrible marking
90' ET Kiesewetter fouled in the box Penalty! Gil puts it home 3-1 USA
The team started off fast and strong which is good, but like all our teams became real stagnant in their build up when Canada applied pressure. They began to sit back and use more of a counter attack approach which worked a bit. They still need to work on holding possession; passing the ball tight spaces and stringing together touch passes. There were a couple of great plays, but the timing was off with alot offsides. Steffen looks amazing in goal. Jordan Morris has exceptional pace, he stretches the back line so much and has great chemistry with Kiesewetter. Kiesewetter looks great as a striker or winger. I would love to seem him at RM. Amazing work rate, crafty on the ball and good placement on crosses. Miazga and Carter-Vickers are the future.

Pretty crazy how Gil isn't in the XI when there was a time in the build up to the World Cup, there were some thinking he could possibly sneak on the plane to Brazil.

How do we look so far?
Gil just hasn't turned out to be the player we thought he might be. There is still time but at this point he's not even a consistent starter for RSL despite being there since 16. I wish he had accepted Arsenal's offer.

Hard to tell how individual players look because of the 360p stream, but Miazga has played some beautiful balls over the top to Morris, who has been dangerous.

Officiating has been extremely poor.
As a whole it should be US 3, Canadia 1 at this point.

We haven't looked great during the second half. Canada has had like 70% possession. It's gross.
