They won't be able to do anything about it for this Cup. But going forward, I could see FIFA enforcing home game bans for Mexican fans.

Not even close to the level of Mexican fans. It's more than just a few rows of students, it's almost an entire stadium.

I went to the Gold Cup semis in Houston a few years ago. Watched the USA play Panama then stayed for some of the Mexico game. The Mexicans around me were really proud of "oooooooooooo PUTOOOOO" They turned around told me and my friends what to say and when to say it. Everyone in the stadium yelled it, I'm talking 5 year old kids to 85 year old grandmothers. There's nothing uniform like that at any SEC or Big 10 game.
