Also:

I want to start watching La Liga but don't know what team to support. I have a few different ones that I kinda like. I think I am leaning towards Sevilla FC though because I really like their stadium, Seville seems to be a nice city, and was the FIRST sister city of Kansas City, Missouri. Plus they will have the German Messi on loan this season.

Same with Bundesliga. My top 3 choices are probably as follows: Hertha BSC has John Anthony Brooks and plays in a sweet stadium (Olympiastadion). Hannover 96 has Steve Cherundolo and also plays in a nice stadium but Steve is getting older. I know someone who lives in Hamburg, so maybe HSV too. I will have to watch and see who pulls me in, though.

Why is soccer the only sport where people feel it is acceptable to have multiple teams?

Do you guys also have a favorite team in each collegiate conference?

because there are multiple leagues...

Even though it was short lived... I pulled for the New Orleans Saints & Breakers (USFL)...

Although I really only have LFC, I do follow other teams, but it is usually due to players or a coach.. Ive been following Napoli the past couple of years and that will only grow fonder this year with Rafa and Pepe... I will be pulling for them to win Champions League..
