Orozco got a red card four minutes into a game we needed to tie or win to advance from our Olympics soccer group. He elbowed a guy off the ball. He's not intelligent.

Eta we lost that game and were eliminated. Haven't been in the Olympics since then.

I'm happy we seem to have found a consistent/strong back line. I'd like to find a way for wood and jozy to get in together but it's likely you'll see one coming off the bench for the other.

Styles are too similar.

I hope that was Orozco, Wondo, Beckerman's last action in a USMNT kit

Eh... in the few games that they've played together, they've seemed to compliment each other pretty well. Jozy is such a good target man with his ability to hold up play.

Zardes fricked up at the end on a couple of chances but if you don't understand his ability to release pressure and create space you haven't been watching the fricking games. Same with wood, he's constantly putting pressure on defenses

Zardes is a fricking dead end. He may be serviceable for WC qualifying, but he will embarrass us at the World Cup if he's still the guy.

Zardes played reasonably well this tournament. He certainly has a role to play in this team. I would still start Nagbe centrally and have Bedoya slide over to Zardes' position if it were my choice.

I don't have a problem with the final lineup we settled on this tournament.

That's what I was getting at....but Jurgen needs to now take this group and have that as his set starters going forward. I have zero confidence in him that he'll do that though.

despite the loss i think we showed decently. we had chances, we didn't complete them but we actually put some runs together. the refs were horrible, allowing the columbians to play that pussy shite.

James is a fricking baby bitch
