Probably bc the time zones are a bit arbitrary haha. Best I can tell without looking at map of actual TZ's I'd say that the east coast is an hOur ahead of ours then their 'central' lines with our east etc. So I'd guess the earliest a match would probably start would be 10 am and latest at about 8 cst. Who knows, gotta get the damn stadiums built first, saw a tweet the other day that Brazil is asking the UN for help finishing them on time lol

My guess is most of them are run down. I'm sure one of the conditions was building a few more stadiums and renovating a few others. Not really sure why they can't pull their heads out of their arse.
Unrelated, but I saw where the Sochi Olympics are supposed to be insane. One of Putins judo buddies got almost $8 billion in contracts, apparently the Vancouver Olympics didn't even have a budget close to that. Good Ol Gazprom got a shite load of contracts too- go figure a state run company in Russia is profiting out its arse haha
