Y'all are crazy. World class goalkeepers do not grow on trees.

I may be totally wrong but I just think the difference in a "World Class" keeper and a really, really good one isn't that huge. I also don't even know that Courtois is actually "World Class".

I think he def has world class potential, though hes had many dips in form. However, hes still really young for a keeper and his talent would be hard to replace.

That said, i dont see him ever being a Cech/Buffon caliber leader and indispensable piece of team.

Id be fine cashing in and finding someone whos commitment wont be questioned.

Good goalkeepers save the shots they should save, but they're not exactly winning you matches with their heroics. Guys like De Gea, Courtois, etc. are invaluable when they're at top form. Thibaut has had some rough stretches like last season, but his ceiling is higher than pretty much anybody except maybe 4 or 5 names. I'm not trying to part with that to sign Fraser Forster.

Honestly like someone else said I'd be fine with pocketing that 60m and giving Begovic a year to see what he can do. I won't pretend to know about the young goalkeeping talent out there I just never really liked Courtois and think he's a bit overrated given his potential price tag if RM were the buyer.

I'm not saying I necessarily want him sold but it wouldn't upset me at all.

Y'all are going to miss Diego when we struggle to replace him next year.

I've been celebrating for a few months now TBH. It has been over for a long, long time.

Eh, my bhole has finally unpuckered after spurs loss earlier in the week.

Unfortunately lr is heavily populated with 'pool fans in my circles so ill be toasting alone.

Any of yall have an opinion on this belotti kid? Watched his season highlights and he seems like a doofus but is certainly a high energy, conte-style player.

Don't know anything about him, is he our Diego replacement? If we get rid of Costa I'd prefer someone who isn't a donkey on the ball.

Toast in their faces.

Hes alot more like griezmann from what little ive seen, not really a hold up striker, and all the news is pointing to lukaku, which sounds less and less appealing to me by the day.

Ive grown to love diego, but yeah, hes frustrating to say the least.

Today was good, but it also sucked. John Terry has been a part of Chelsea for as long as I've been watching. Last of the old guard, and he's gone.
