I think if we play Germany in a non-torrential rainstorm, we probably lose that game.
Even if we were to still advance to play against Belgium, without an all time great goalkeeping performance by Tim Howard, we lose to Belgium by at least 4 goals - but probably more.
Those two results would definitely color the World Cup differently.
