well with badstuber rupturing his cruciate ligaments, the fcb backline depth becomes sketchy. this means anytime dante or boateng gets hurt/ needs a rest, dvb or tymo will have to play cb. tymo is also 3rd string dm now that goose is hurt, would be scary if the reinforcements werent brought in over the summer

well he was purchased to play DM, but i think we used him once as a cb. him moving to cb would cause kroos to drop back to dm and muller go cam, but for this to be ideal robben would have to be healthy. i sometimes forget that he's on the team

Well I should have qualified that with "pure class today." I only watch a couple Bundesliga games a year anyway so I don't know that much about them. I enjoy watching Bayern play though, and was pulling for them hard in CL once they got to the semis.

majority of games he's class, i expect his immaturity to dwindle with time and top level experience. he's always been so much better than his peers that i think he developed a laziness at a young age and is trying to shake that now. i heard some story about him when he was growing up he used to play 2 age groups up and still had to go bare foot because no one could handle him

well he's not quite ready to hold down a consistent starting job, but he's good, yes. i actually like him more in the middle though, jupp doesnt like playing him there for some reason. same with muller, but whatever. the team will be fine, but with the injury issues, i'm just forecasting a tough return to the champions league final.

He seems a nice player when I watched him last year in CLs and some Int. matches...

yeah he's gonna be really good, he and ribery have a nice chemistry. ribery has kind of taken him under his wing, lots of pictures of them together, they are both pretty big pranksters.

if javi has any luck on that late header he is motm for me. dont remember more than one or two stray passes from him and do remember several long balls to the feet of ribery and muller. kroos and weidenfeller share the honors imo

I'm about to give up on the Premier League. After watching today's match and Barcelona today, it's impossible to say that the Premier League is unarguably the best league in the world.

This is why he was sold.

But yeah it's pretty much impossible to say which league is the "best." best is open to different interpretations, some say most talent, some say most even playing field, some prefer the tactical approach of certain leagues. I think it more has to do with the best league for the person. I happen to enjoy the bundesliga the most, this is mostly because my club plays in it. I'm biased to a certain degree but also find the other teams in the league to be entertaining. I watch some epl and less la liga, but don't hate either, although I do love seeing big British clubs do shitty. The media meltdown is always good for a laugh or two.

Chelsea spent loads of money to get beat by West Ham and draw nil-nil for two straight weeks and are on the verge of champion's league elimination. Arsenal refuses to pay players their market worth, and suffer. West Brom is not that great of a team and sees itself in a contention for a Champions League spot. The league will come down to the Manchester clubs again, and both of them are fatally flawed.

Atletico or Dortmund would be title favorites in the Premier League this year.

I like when a good team from a league other than EPL beats an EPL team and we get to see Warren Barton meltdown on air. I'm sure he thinks no other league should be in the conversation.

More parity in the PL this year than in a while. 7 points separate 4th from 11th. Give up on it? This is the most fun season I've had watching in a while and my club isn't even in the top half of the table. No invincibles and the big dogs are falling to smaller fish.

What else do you want from a league? It isn't too top heavy for the first time in a while and that is what most people seem to ask for.
