Nothing official, but "sources" say he is gone...

the article suggests Tuchel may be in line for the job...

I like Tuchel a lot, but not sure if Bayern have the squad to play his style at the moment.

It's actually funny because a few years ago he said anyone could win at Bayern

I was wondering about his ability to work with the club's hierarchy... They seem to definitely be a top down club, with the manager holding little power...

But, then again.. the issues at BvB could have been blown out of proportion...

Lololol I love the Bayern subreddit the past few days with the Pep posts and how they took him for granted.

I'm sure Paul will now take you as his #2. Welcome to Swansea, Carlo.

Who is your preference?

Is it to early for Julian Nagelsmann?

Wow...club not wasting any time!

I like Tuchel a lot, but would prefer Nagelsmann. Not sure timing will work out.

Either way, I'm glad they're getting out front with this and not letting it hang on all fall.

I'd like to see a study on the life expectancy of managers of these high profile teams. I'm talking literal life expectancy. I can't imagine the stress they are under. They've lost once in the league and once in the CL to a team that spend a quarter billion in the summer. This is a year after he won the league by 10 points.

I could see how Tuchel's sour BVB departure would be a red flag for Uli & Kalle though

it's their life. just like NFL coaches who coach into their 70s. the worry is what happens when they retire

I remember being bummed Dortmund was able to get him and the timing wasn't right for us for that...blessing in disguise? Or maybe he's toned it down a bit

ETA: also, can anyone check Jupp's schedule from now until say, May '18? I know Jogi is busy

He'll have to if he wants to fit in the Bayern "mold"

the way he left us was so sour, I might be blinded by his actual potential at a club like yours

Took him for granted? They got worse under Pep.

Robben is too old, Ribery is too ugly, and Lewa doesn't want to be there. That's their problem.
