Not every round will have a favorite and least favorite pick. There are fewer picks made as the draft progresses. Please ignore typos or lack of clarity as I am too lazy to edit.

Round 1

Favorite: Kevin De Bruyne (Col Reb) – I wanted 1.1 to guarantee Harry Kane, but I became pretty jealous of Col Reb stealing KDB with the ninth pick. He also crushed his next pick with Vardy. KDB is my guess to win the player of the year.

Least favorite: Daniel Sturridge (BPG) – What? You could have taken this guy in round 2 or 3 pretty easily. There were a few potential 200+ players available that are much safer.

Round 2

Favorite: Dele Alli (Mick) – Alli is already a star, and he could get 200 points this year if Spurs continue to be the best team in the league, according to countless managers.

Least favorite: Granit Xhaka (GC) – Xhaka is a very talented player, but he plays too deep and does not score goals or get assists to have value in this format. It would be like drafting Kante. Awesome player, but a waste of a fantasy pick from a very seasoned manager.

Round 3

Favorite: Gylfi Sigurdsson (etm) – Gylfi was a second half stud, free kick wizard, and the only option to score on a potentially bad team like Swansea. How will the lack of Andre Ayew affect Gylfi?

Round 4

Favorite: Michy Batshuayi (WSE) – With Costa potentially on the move, Michy could be an elite fantasy option, but he also has a very low floor being a newcomer to the Premier League on a mid table side.

Least favorite: Yannick Bolasie (etm) – While Bolasie looks incredible every so often, he is not consistent enough nor does he have enough upside or high floor to warrant the pick. I think he took a step last season, but I would have understood this pick a year ago.

Round 5

Favorite: Callum Wilson (Tigerstark) – Prior to the injury, Wilson banged in five goals in 771 minutes. It may be dangerous and dumb to extrapolate, but that is a 21 goal pace. With forward typically being very thin, I love this pick and I think everyone was really disappointed he got picked up.

Round 6

Favorite: Santi Cazorla (VKC) – The goalie run in this round thins out my favorite pick as the difference the top goalies is likely marginal. Cazorla has first round upside even as he has to deal with a crowded squad, injuries, and getting up there in age. I still think he can and will be one of the best players in the league this upcoming season.

Least favorite: Gerard Deulofeu (etm) – I love this dude on FIFA and he is still budding with potential, but he has not yet made a major fantasy impact. If Koeman starts him each week and Geri D. finds his form, then I could regret this pick very quickly, but he still only posted 82 points last year.

Round 7

Favorite: Jermain Defoe (etm) – A striker from Sunderland may not be sexy, but he scores goals. More importantly, Defoe comes from a far superior MLS, so we know that he can handle the easiness of the Premiership. Defoe found the back of net 15 times last year and has seven double-digit goal campaigns in his Premier League career.

Round 8

Favorite: Jack Butland (Wait) – Butland was the top keeper at the time of his season-ending injury. Honestly, I did not realize he was almost healthy, and five teams passed on him when they picked a keeper in round 6.

Round 9

Favorite: Nathan Redmond (Jackwoods) – I owned Redmond last year as a member of Norwich, and I think he is quite good. I expect him to flourish with the Saints and score over 150 points this season.

Least favorite: Viktor Fischer (Wait) – I do not know who he is, so I will assume it was a bad pick lol.

Round 10

Favorite: Georginio Wijnaldum (VKC) – It felt like a glitch in the matrix getting Wijnaldum this late in the draft. Will he score as much as last year? Probably not, but he is a steal at pick 100.

Least favorite: Divock Origi (Tigerstark) – We all know forward is razor thin, but I am not sure the minutes will be there for Origi. However, Sturridge not being fit, Benteke leaving town, and Klopp wanting to use a true striker could make this a great pick. Strong upside, but he could be droppable fairly soon as he accrued only 670 minutes last year.

Round 11

Favorite: Ryan Bertrand (Col Reb) – Bertrand has been a favorite of mine for a couple years now, and he could be a fantasy defensive dynamo on a strong team with the ability to go forward.

Round 12

Favorite: Ashley Williams (Tigerstark) – This has to be one of the first times that I have not owned Ashley Williams. The longtime Swansea captain should now get consistent minutes at Everton, and I think they have to be better disciplined under Koeman instead of Martinez.

Least favorite: Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain (BPG) – Ox always has some potential, but I never recall him making a fantasy impact. His career high in five seasons is a meager 63 points. Plus, his name is long and messes up my formatting on the League Site.

Round 13

Favorite: Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg (GC) – I thought Hendo really liked this dude, so it is good for me to include in here. I definitely have a trust for Southampton players as they often are quite strong in fantasy. At this point, I like Hojbjerg as a lottery ticket.

Round 14

Favorite: Eric Dier (Tigerstark) – Like Wijnaldum, Dier probably fell multiple rounds further than he should have for absolutely no reason. It is always a nice pick when you catch the rest of the league asleep at the wheel.

Least favorite: Vincent Kompany (VKC) – I believe I have drafted Kompany for three straight years, but he is still too far away. He will find free agency very soon, but he will be a worthy pickup for the next 15 minute stretch prior to pulling his hamstring again.

Round 15

Favorite: Simon Mignolet (Mick) – I was under the impression that Mignolet is still the starter, but I am an idiot, so that may be a pretty irrelevant pick. Honestly, round 15 is fairly useless with six backup goalies being selected.

Round 2 maybe, round 3 no way. His points per match is insane, and Klopp seems to have him over his injury woes. Besides, safe picks don't win the league. Fortune favors the bold.

He lit up preseason and has already scored in his substitute debut with a gorgeous goal. History isn't everything. I thought he was terrific value in the 12th round and now that Iwobi is injured he's nailed on to start.

But how do you mitigate the problems his long name is causing with the spreadsheet? Hmmmmmmm?!?!?

So back to Liverfools? I don't care either way. You can switch each week (but don't)

I drafted Sturridge like 29th last year.

He had been injured for like centuries at that point. I'm surprised you drafted him that high.

I think I'm playing you. I'm not doing that great, though. I still have the West Ham guys, and I'm hoping they'll get me over the 40 point mark.

Do we have something similar to a disabled list? Or if you have a guy go down long-term you're just out of luck?

An inactive spot is added to the roster after the supplemental draft at the end of the window.
