2016-2017 TD Fantasy Championship Defacto Preseason Thread

After a successful fourth season with The Mick winning the league, we are coming back for the fifth installment of TD's Fantasy Premier League. This ten team draft-style fantasy league (like fantasy football) is self-run and uses the scoring system of the official Fantasy Premier League. See the below link for the League Rules for further details.

The league rules have been updated for the 2015-2016. Col Reb and Jackwoods4, please take the time to check them out. The rules are virtually unchanged from prior seasons. Please send your cell phone numbers (preferably) or email address to tdxxvkc@gmail.com to expedite the upcoming slow draft process. If you do not have phone and/or email next to your name, then email me.
Ideally, we would start the slow draft in late July as Leicester City's defense of the Premier League begins on August 13th.

Returning members: would you rather have the draft order randomized or should you be able to pick your spot based on last season's finish?
For example, Mick would get to choose where he picks first, then GC, etc.

I like people being able to pick their spots.
I'm just not gonna do No. 1 overall again. That backfired on me so badly last season.

I'm gonna go ahead and retire from the fantasy premier league. I ended up not paying very much attention to the league toward the end and that's not fair to y'all for me to do that.

Then third, etc.
I was in the middle of the pack in 2014-15 and had to choose between No. 1 overall and the last few. I chose poorly.

Yeah, but I let someone else set that up. Someone usually creates a giant TD league and a smaller H2H one.
