The board would lose a solid 30% of its activity if this occurred.

I actually quite enjoy it

He and Hayden. Good move for both. Need playing time and both have big futures.

Gestede is a nice signing for teh villa

Makes it seem twice unlikely that blackburn will sell rhodes or they can just go ahead and start prepping for league one

Its pretty clear he has no idea what hes talking about if he thinks Rooney has never produced to the level DiMaria has at the highest level.

I said ADM was your best player right now. He was man of the match of the CL final 15 months ago. Rooney hasn't been at that level since 2010 or so.

Im not sure if you intentionally misrepresent my points or if you're just stupid but either way you're the one with the problem, not me.

You keep bringing this up but it was one match. Nobody doubts his talent but his problem is his inability to consistently play to his talent. Maybe that will change in Paris but you're paying a lot of money to find out.

And in 2015 the same is true of Rooney but at least ADM brings it in the big games.

I'm staying out of that side argument. I'm just saying your big piece to complete the puzzle is a guy whose most consistent trait is his inconsistency.

Rooney is solid, DiMaría is spectacular.

They´re two different animals, but I wouldn´t say one is markedly superior.

Di Maria is an excellent player. If he had been healthy for the WC Final things might have been different. Also, Tevez could have been in instead of Higuain. Angel needs Galacticos around him. He will have that at PSG, ManU is in disarray right now. They will finish top 4 in England, but to expect their defense to do more is pure folly.

you said that its pretty straight forward

I am 100% serious. Neither of those guys you mentioned have produced at the highest levels the way ADM has.

You are saying Rooney has never produced to the level DiMaria has.

and im the stupid one?? You don't know shite about soccer.

you mean like Rooney scoring in the 2011 final

its clear you don't know shite about soccer.

saying Rooney doesn't show up in big matches is comical.

quote:

Rooney ended the season as both the top scorer and assist for Manchester United in the league with 17 goals and 10 assists. He also had the most assists in the 2013–2014 Champions League with 8 assists, beating 2nd place Ángel Di María who had 6 assists

Yann M'Vila close to a move to Sunderland.

He originally was going to go to Dinamo Moscow, but he had a falling out with the club and trashed his apartment and didn't pay the rent. So that deal is likely off.

2011 is a long time ago, and he wasn't man of the match like ADM was.

We're not talking about 2011 Rooney anyway. We're talking about right now and he is not the same player anymore. He hasn't been for 3 years at this point.

No, you're just a massive homer. You're completely incapable of objectivity.

no doubt

maybe

R closer to consistent, solid

DM intermittently spectacular, with some activity being pointed, and other, a bit superfluous
