Gonna be really tough to play in a 3-4-3 without him...Neuer was top notch today, Alaba/Boateng/Bernat didn't have their best stuff. Lots of communication issues.

I mentioned Xabi in the transfer thread. He'd be a good signing. Just here for a year or two and with Schweiny and Thiago probably hurt a while longer, we could use a grizzled veteran to mentor Gaudino.

Decent win over hot-garbage Stuttgart...random observations:
--ageless Xabi continues to impress me...fills the void nicely with Basti & Javi out
--Franck's Islam beard in mid-season form
--not enough aerial chips into the box for headers, the one key part missing
--poor showing from white hoodie T-Mobile fan section on left far side, they won't get reimbursed for this match
Robben looked brilliant in training this week, he better be ready to go for Citeh
