It's simple, but I'm a big fan of mushroom rice. Cook sliced shrooms in rice pot in butter until most of the moisture is cooked out. Add rice and beef broth or stock for your liquid. Makes a great side for just about any home cooked meal....

If your dogs don't tolerate teeth brushing like mine, feeding them carrots does a good job of cleaning their teeth. I think there was a thread here about this a while back. Tried it and have been doing it since. I've noticed a difference....

Went recently. Notch above the usual Greek restaurant. Don't miss the feta appetizer and the hummus. Gyro plate is pretty money. Just wish they would give you whole pita instead of cut up pieces....
