LSU won EVERY game Morris played in that year. I dated his girlfriends room mate that year and got to chat with him a few times. He had a wrist injury and only played in 33 or 34 games.
Morris was clutch all year.

2011 Bama team may be the best SEC team of all time. The LSU team had maybe the most impressive NCAA season of all time before 1/9/12. They Beat Oregon (Rose Bowl champs), West Virginia (Orange Bowl Champs), Bama (National Champs), and Arkansas (Top 5 team).

Edwards goes 3rd to 4th rd. Mathieu would have gone no later than second had he stayed out of trouble. We all know stories about trouble, but most every team will waste at least a 5th rd pick at a chance to get a stud.

Mett over threw probably 25-30 long balls this year. 15-20 of those, the wr was 2+ yards behind the DB. That isn't coaching, that is talent. I think Mett only connected on 4-5 deep passes this year. Some of those were miraculous catches. Mett isn't a leader nor an NFL QB.

Also need someone to teach Mett how to throw an accurate vertical pass over 20 yards. He has overthrown 4 out of every 5 vertical passes. Most aren't close.

Much of that is because of player development. I have supported Les and the staff until last night. I can't any longer. Our oline looked lost. Lael is constantly beat on inside stunts. We always seem to have a gaurd standing and not blocking anyone....
