I don't know anything about the condo market, but there are plenty of affordable apartments to rent. Sure, it will be $900+ if you live alone, but you can live in a high quality 2BR apt for $1400. ...

Atlanta is a great town for young professionals. Find a hotel in either Midtown or Buckhead within walking distance to MARTA. For nightlife, Buckhead is essentially college bars for post grads. Midtown has more upscale bars as well as clubs if you're into that. Virginia Highlands is great too.

The whole major financial industry shift to Charlotte directly place a substantial amount of Northerners in the city.
The establishment of the industry in Charlotte brought a wave of them, but a majority of their hiring now is through regional campus recruiting.

ah, that's a bit of a haul but it's a reverse commute so traffic, while not great, won't be terrible. Buckhead might be your best bet in terms of still living in town but also having easy access to 400 for your commute....

I just stumbled upon this show on Hulu and it instantly became a favorite. Every moment in the show tickles my funny bone. It's perfect.

The way I see the "save" feature is to build a library you can easily sort through, like you would with an iPhone. It's now an extra click or two to add songs to your starred playlist but the tradeoff is worth it. I like the update....
