re: Kevin White, CB, TCU -- 2nd or 3rd round pick - Zoombop
I watched him practice today as well and he was the best DB out there. He's undersized, but he's cut out perfectly to guard those smaller/quicker number 2 WRs. I like him in the 3rd round....

re: If we don't resign Ingram, draft question... - Zoombop
Round 3 for me. Jay Ajayi would be an excellent fit in this offense. He's a great runner with plenty of experience in the passing game. However, with this RB class being so deep, I would probably wait until round 4 or 5....

re: Senior Bowl Weigh In & other info - Zoombop
Perryman's height is going to make him fall a bit, but he's going to be a very good player IMO. He's this year's Chris Borland with a little more athleticism....

re: Senior Bowl Weigh In & other info - Zoombop
Kevin White the DB is actually pretty good. He completely shut down Kevin White the WR when they played this year, and he's a top 2 receiver in this class. I would not mind him in the middle rounds one bit....

re: Rick Reiprish Fired per Lyons Yellin - Zoombop
If not for the '06 and '13 drafts, he would have been gone a long time ago. I think the team is doing a great job admitting they have a problem drafting talent. I think Ireland will improve them in that area....

re: Denzel Perryman, a Saints potential target at pick #32? - Zoombop
Yeah Walter usually mocks good players, but he doesn't really have a great feel for the real issues on all 32 rosters. Lofton was middle of the pack as a linebacker. Hawethorne was the actual problem....

re: Who are some low-key FA's y'all would like to sign? - Zoombop
My idea for "low-key" is a player outside of the top 3-5 for their position in this free agent class. I hardly think some other team's trash is going to put us over the edge, so not that kind of "low-key," nor am I saying that we should/could sign all of them....

I'm not saying Byrd was a bust, but we put all of our free agent eggs in one basket. ...

Who are some low-key FA's y'all would like to sign? - Zoombop
For the most part when free agency threads pop up on here, the top guys are brought up. While I wouldn't mind seeing Justin Houston and Mike Iupati in black and gold, I don't think we should take the Byrd route again. Here are several guys that are solid players that could come at relatively inexpen...

Flowers is a pure zone corner. KC cut him because when he played in a press-man scheme, he was the second to worst corner in the league. Do not want. ...

re: First mock with set draft order: CBS - Zoombop
I think he'll fall because of Ronnie Stanley, Andrus Peat, and Cedric Ogbuehi all being better suited to play LT based on their athleticism. If Scherff is still on the board when the Saints pick and Gregory, Ray, and Williams are gone, I'd be sprinting to the podium....

re: Could be that the Bucs intentionally TANKED in the 2nd half? - Zoombop
It's disappointing because people are beginning to think that our defense looked good in this game and "bounced back" in the second half. The Bucs mailed this one in and let us have the game in the second half, and because of it, players and coaches are going home with a false sense of resilienc...

re: Khiry > Ingram - Zoombop
If Khiry got more carries, he'd have way more fumbles than Ingram because of the way he runs. I think the two are comparable as players with neither being much better than the other....
