In 1997 at Indiana, Cam's running backs caught 99 passes. His fullback caught 54 for 422 yards.
In 2001, Jeremi Johnson, who played for a number of years in the NFL and was built very similarly to Copeland, caught 16 passes for 213 yeards and 1 TD as a fullback. ...

It's another way to make your fullback a threat and Cam, more than anyone in the NFL, utilized the fullback to a great degree. As someone mentioned earlier it can also be effective around the goalline.

LSU softball and their opponents average 7.5 runs per 7 inning game.
The difference is negligible.

I will say that Brees, Rivers, and Randle El were very positive, upbeat guys. Flacco was not and Flacco was the guy that Cam had a rockier relationship with of those four. Mett seems cut more out of the Flacco mold in terms of personality. ...

In 2006, under Cam, the Chargers (14-2) were first in the NFL in points and fourth in yards. In 2007, the year after Cam left, the Chargers (11-5) were fifth in points and 20th in yards.

I'm not a Ravens fan, but a huge NFL fan and what makes me excited is the production of RBs. He was there during the heart of LT's career and Ray Rice's. Two of the best all purpose backs of all time. With our stable of backs I have a feeling they will be use more then just run up the gut!
