Ask yourself this question: If we exported oil, who would we export to? Asia or OPEC's biggest customer? Chances are whatever country we export to relies on Middle Eastern oil. How do you think OPEC would feel if we began exporting oil to their customers? The price of oil would continue to drop...

As best I can tell Sciambra has batted over .400 the last 2-3 weeks. And that going straight from football to baseball practices. If he can bat close to .300 and keep his K's down as a part time starter/situational player that would be huge....

Ole Miss has good front line talent, but there is a significant drop off when you get to their second string. Bama' starters may not be as good as a whole, but I assume their second string is much better than Ole Miss' second string, if you base it solely on recruiting rankings. ...

Not play ultra conservative to begin the game and get behind 14-0 early before opening up the offense. Offense needs to sustain drives to keep our D from getting tired. And avoid third and longs.
Unfortunately, I don't think we can do this with any regularity. I hope we play way above our hea...

| Tiger Rant|| Assuming we play a lot of "check with me" with Cam to help BH diagnose the D - Jimmie the Geek on 10/2/14 at 9:05 pm|
Do you think the crowd noise will play a bigger part in the game as we may be audibling on a lot of plays, especially when we are in obvious passing downs? Les said they have been practicing this for a few weeks now. This could become a huge factor in the game. We can't afford any communication e...

Nope, didn't matter in 2011 either, huh?
Doesn't matter how our O looks?
I promised you that if Miles could run over teams like in the 2011, we would be doing that and wouldn't need to play BH. Again, if I'm wrong...
My take is this: The coaches have known that Harris has the higher ceiling, but it is a risk reward deal. Les has relied mostly on game manager type QBs to win, depending on a strong D, good STs, and strong running game. On the rare times he has had a QB he fully trusts, they still aren't an ...
Why would one have an intentionally worse offense regardless of their defensive abilities?
Again, see 2011 as proof. Who was the better Quarterback, Lee or JJ? And in Les' mind, who was more of a risk of turnovers?

J. Lee 2011. Why was he benched for the balance of the season when we were on a roll and scoring lots of points? Our vertical offense was MUCH better with Lee, but he threw off his back foot at times, causing poor throws and INT's (ie...

In my opinion, our inability to stop teams like MSU and Wisconsin has forced Miles' hand as he knows that BH is his best chance to put points in the board, even with the risk of starting a true freshman at Auburn. If we had a stout D like in 2011, AJ would be starting.
NMST was AJ's dress rehea...

| Tiger Rant|| re: The TD run by NMST - Jimmie the Geek on 9/28/14 at 7:56 pm|
I PLAYED LB in high school and I depending on the defense called, I had gap responsibility OR, wait for it, man/RB responsibilty, especially on our blitz packages if I wasn't the one blitzing. I haven't seen the play again, but I thought someone said we had safeties up in a blitz formation. I don't...

The play wasn't on the link you provided.
