re: Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
I do plan on using a holster when I pocket carry. To me it's a necessity. On that subject, does anyone have any experience with the Uncle George's or Recluse One Sided? My plan is to mostly carry in the back pocket of my jeans at work and sometimes front pocket of other pants or athletic shorts. A...

re: Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
I like it a lot. I've owned quite a few 9mm and despite this one's small size, I prefer it to most. I'm looking to upgrade to the new shield performance center soon, but they've been out of stock everywhere I've looked. ...

I have a Shield 9mm that I carry iwb. This is going to be a back up gun or something to carry when the iwb isn't practical....

re: Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
I'm a fan of the sig238 as well but I have large hands and the ambi safety seems to press into my right hand. Worried it might not disengage completely in a moment of need. It also felt like it was a little harder to draw from my pocket compared to the others....

re: Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
If the g42 fit how I wanted to carry, it would be the answer. I loved the way it felt at the range and I was very accurate out to 20'...

re: Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
I've shot the g42 and do like it, it's just a little too long for my use. If I could make that size work I would probably step up to a 9mm....

Kahr CW380 vs. Lcp Custom vs. S&W Bodyguard .380 - J.Peterman
Looking to buy a small .380 pocket pistol to carry when clothing won't allow for a larger caliber. Anyone have any experience with the new lcp custom? I had pretty much narrowed it down to the Kahr until I started hearing good things about the lcp. Also if anyone wants to argue for the s&w body...

re: BFG KO2 vs Nitto Terra Grapplers XL - J.Peterman
The Nitto Terra Grappler XL is not E rated and measures 33.23" x 12.44" which is what I'll probably end up with, but I'm partial to the looks of the BFG. Just looking for some input on road noise and mileage people are getting out of these tires before I pull the trigger. ...

re: BFG KO2 vs Nitto Terra Grapplers XL - J.Peterman
Cooper does make a 305/55r20 in the ST Maxx, but it seems they are the heaviest of the bunch. I really don't need a super aggressive tread since it won't see much off-road duty. The Rugged Terrain and Trail T/A aren't offered in the sizes I'm look for though. I want something to fill out the whe...

The BFG is an E rated tire so the load range is similar to the Cooper. The Nittos have a D rating which is why they weigh a good bit less. ...

Ruled those out due to the weight (68lbs according to the website). I'm trying to keep the unsprung weight as low as possible. Nitto's are 49lbs and the BFG are around 60lbs. ...

BFG KO2 vs Nitto Terra Grapplers XL - J.Peterman
Current tires are getting near the end and looking to add some all terrains when the time comes. Anyone had experience with these two tires? Truck will mostly be on the pavement save for a few messy jobsites after a hard rain. Currently looking at 305/55/R20 or possibly 285/65/20 if I can fit them....
