he gained weight and it's only been since the end of the 2011 season that he has actually played a little bit of 3-4DE. He's NEVER touched OLB because he's too god damn fat. 300+lbs remember that
so 3-4DE is more probable than him playing 3-4OLB...

I grew up watching jordan and lebron has to do more than jordan to be considered the GOAT.
Even if he wins another MVP and wins 5 more champtionships to match jordan, jordan will still be considered the GOAT between the two.

I'm not sure how their contracts go, but it seems that if some of the rookies/FA signings this year do make the team and make a big impact we could be getting rid of some of those players.

he was straight money in playoffs compared to someone like nate kaeding who's clutch as hell during regular season and career choker in the playoffs.

I'm sure there's a UDFA out there just like how hartley was, right? It doesn't hurt to bring some into camp to compete with him. He's not GREAT, he's not horrible, but he's costed us an adequate amount of games with "gimme's" you can't really defend a 82% <40yrd kicker for the last 3 years.

The issue I have is his low % from under 40 yards. for a guy getting paid 3mil a year, I would hope he can at least hit 90% from under 40 for the past 3 years.
He is 34/41 or 82.9% that is NOT great....

he has a career 86% from under 40 yards. Personally, I'm more worried about those "easy" kicks he should be making that have...

A lot of QB's nowadays can come in fresh and play well if you put the pieces there for them or even to rebuild. Look at RW, RG3, luck, etc.
You also get the bad side of throwing a QB to the lions, but it's proven there's no need to "sit a QB forever" it worked for rodgers. Maybe sit for a year or...
