Yeah...we really need Colston next year. Or we could use his 4.3m of cap savings to go after FA offensive linemen... I know which way I'm leaning......

re: WR - 2015 - Ex-Popcorn
I think he's gone...the only way he's not gone is if they restructure him. And, they really cannot do that without really hurting us next year. We already restructured him which created a big dead money hit this year...cannot carry over an even bigger dead money hit on a guy that has been declinin...

WR - 2015 - Ex-Popcorn
Clearly, Cooks and Stills are entrenched as 2 of our 3 WR starters in our 3 WR sets. But, Colston has to be done, right? His skill set is really no different than a TE...except he's not as big as TE. And, probably not as fast anymore either. We need a new "big" receiver. Is it Nick Toon? I j...

re: Does TopGolf offer franchising opportunities? - Ex-Popcorn
Completely agree...Louisiana has a density problem with concepts like this. These places only work by having enough density to fill the place every night of the week. it's expensive. The people who say they'd go all the time would actually only go once a month max....

Key losses: Colston, Evans, Bunkley, Hawthorne, Goodwin, Ingram Restructures: Brees, Byrd, Galette, Graham, Lofton Your drafts need to take into account the losses above. We absolutely need a big, #1 WR---probably in FA. Someone who can go across the middle and also make plays on the outsi...

You're not paying attention to what I'm saying... Those players are not better athletes (probably, but I can't say for sure), but they will always be more skilled. Why? Because they dedicate their childhoods to being world class soccer players. That's what I'm saying won't happen. That take...

I'm intimately familiar with the deficiencies of our youth development. And, I understand why it won't change...that's where we disagree. Given the fact that I don't think it can change, my view is the only way to really compete is to have better athletes playing the sport. Again, this is merely ...

[quote]What makes you come to this conclusion? Because I think your "resources" argument would actually support the idea that as a country, we have the money, vision, and ability to revamp our youth system to be on the same level as other countries, and therefore develop a more skilled and technical...
