Yes you can ... Try silk or lactaid milk or just take lactic tabs before drinking regular milk. ...

Hubs was swabbed Monday as well as strep tested night ... Positive for flu. He started tamiflu and as of now has been fever free for 36 hours and is as he says 90%. Whether it was a mild case or the tamiflu idk or care but I'm glad he is better. If symptoms started less than 48 hours ago go ge...

Never that I'm aware of in his 44 years and this was the first time he's ever had the flu. Besides, they said don't feel bad -- they're seeing tons of flu in people who did get the vaccine....

Every time my people had the flu we did a great job of containing it. Have 3 kids and they've each had it like once but in different years. They had a designated seating spot, cup, box of tissue, etc. And we washed hands like CRAZY! It worked....

In the scheme of life it's not that big of a deal BUT our ded is $5600 ... that's a lot. And while I really am sorry that he's sick this just sucks. Fever free for 24 hours is the way to be before being in public. They did offer me Tamiflu BUT idk if it's compatible as you said. And it's not ...
