Thanks for the tips. I don't mind paddling like in and out of the grass just don't want to have to paddle like a few miles to get there. I'm used to using topwater or a jig head with a grub but I may try a spoon, or live bait. Thanks!...

So what are some tips for fishing at pointe aux chene? I saw online there's a marina or access ramp where I could put the kayak in, and then just go either way and fish near the marsh grass and Shallow water I guess? That's what I'm used to doing...
