This I agree with, I do not mind helping people but you can not help those who refuse to help themselves. From what I have read there would be some sort of program in place so that the child would still be able to recieve such benefits. I am not exactly sure how this would be done without the parents obtaining the money unless it was done through child protective services or something though....
