They were VERY professional and did a great, clean job. We even had the ductwork replaced. My electric bill is almost half of what it was. It is a 14.5 SEER with a 10 year warranty. Single stage.... Just make sure you are on the cove side and not the other, older cabins they have. 30 minutes to Lafayette and a little over an hour to Baton Rouge.
