I used to run until the shin splints got too painful. Then I rode a bike until I crashed and separated a shoulder. Now I have an exercise bike. It's boring but very safe, and the weather is never a factor....

The owner is a friend of mine and he didn't burn it down. He had just bought it a few months earlier. In fact he wanted to rebuild but that group of nurses that bought the complex wouldn't allow it....

Yes, Roemer used to go there all the time. He, the owner, and a few others would play poker on Friday nights. The owner said Roemer was a darned good player, too.
I used to eat lunch in that bar all the time. I miss it....

I've used Priceline many times and never regretted it.
Stick to the French Qtr, Downtown, Convention Center and Warehouse District zones and you'll be fine.
btw, I did get burned using Hotwire once. I took a deal for a New Orleans hotel and I ended getting a dive in N. O. East and didn't even ...

My Sister lives on Toledo Bend. She switched to Verizon and has been happy with it. AT&T's signal on the north end of the lake where she lives in virtually non-existent. I live in B. R. so it usually works for me....

AT&T never works for me in or near the stadium on game days. That's reason enough to drop them right there! If I wasn't in a family plan, I would have already switched....

I didn't like anywhere in Baton Rouge until I tried Bushwood the other day. Both the shredded chicken sandwich and the ribs were excellent. I'll be going there at least once a week....

I wouldn't walk back from the Dome after dark. It's a long walk anyway. Harrah's isn't but a few blocks from your hotel.
I like the Sheraton. My only complaint is that the check-in process is always slow....
