Cooking for the girlfriend again tonight. Thin boneless pork chops pan fried in olive oil. Sauteed grape tomatoes, red bell pepper, vidalia onion, button mushrooms, and fresh garlic topping the chops. Served over angel hair pasta. Salad and garlic bread. Beer, tea, and no loracets....
