East - Champions Division - home of 9 NCs since 1992
West - Subpar little bitches division

If someone wants to do a yearly UF/UT breakdown from 1992 through 2012 I am all ears, but I'll rest on my above post that swapping those 2 would not have affected our 4 titles and might have led to a win or two along the 7 year rape at the hands of UT in the late 90's early 2000s. ...

Snce we are talking about titles and permanent opponents we can only be talking about post-expansion. So Bama's titles from the 1920s through the 1970s and safe from this exercise. Bama has won 4 titles in the 21 year expansion era.
In 1992 Bama played UF in the SEC title game and won. Not sure ...

Way too much is being made of Bama/UT. Huge rivalry and should be preserved, but even as a Bama fan and AU hater the AU/UGA rivalry should never be broken.

Imagine 2020 when 10-2 (7-1 SEC) Alabama with loses to AU and TN advances to the SEC Champ game over 11-1 LSU to face 10-2 UGA with losses to AU and LSU.
Let's see how long the rest of the SEC likes losses to traditional powers...

Regarding 2011 revenue versus 2015 revenue, the question is - absent the addition of Mizzou/TAMU would the SECN exist?
I actually don't known the answer. But that will be the difference between the revenue pie for 2011 versus 2015.

The CBS deal changed big time. They get the same amount of games, for the same price but allow ESPN or at least the ESPN run SECN to compete against the sacred 3:30 game.
Otherwise you have 6+ games jammed between 12-3 and 7-midnight
The all day SECN with 3 games, and as many as 6 SEC teams ...

These transfer games are strange to me and I can't remember a Bama transfer nightmare in my viewing lifetime. Travis Carroll went to UF, Eric Locke to UT, P. Simms to UVA, Corey Grant to AU.
Bama will have played against 3 of those.
