You obviously haven't played there in over a year. The greens there are some of the best around. Both fairways and greens were overseeded for winter. Hands down one of the best courses around right now and for $40 on a weekday it's well worth it.

Just got done and very impressed with the course. Greens are something serious. Was told new ownership is putting in a cart path by end of this year. Very impressive course right now and plays tough. Cannot beat for the price. $35 for 18 and cart. I'm sure goes up for weekend play. ...

Belle Terre is junk right now. Greens and fairways just not like they use to be. Cypress Lakes (Ormond) over seeded during winter. Their fairways and greens are in phenominal shape. Few months ago I came here asking about scotch since I was just starting out. Quite a few names came out but two that seemed to keep coming were the Laphroaig and the Balvenie Doublewood.
