I am a Gr 5 then. They did offer a signing bonus. I am starting to feel like I asked for too little salary wise.

I was forced to give a number in the online application. They gave a little extra in the offer though. So I probably won't get much salary wise.
How will I know if I'm Gr 4 or Gr 5?...

I just received offer for an engineering role with a large oil and gas company. Initially it looks pretty decent on the surface, but I will read more into it tonight. My question is, if I feel I could do better how do I go about countering or negotiating a better deal without screwing anything up?...

Your insurance may have an 80% coverage 20% co insurance amount after the deductible. I think this means that you would pay 20% of the amount of each service until you hit $3000 maximum for the year. Read the policy and see...
