Try heating it up to about 375-400* and let it run like that about 4 hours with no food in it. That should dry out the moisture. Never had that problem with my Primo Jr. Oval or my steel Keg.
Is it on the walls or the grate?...

two med. onions
about 1 1/4 cup dice bell pepper
4 ribs celery
3 or 4 fresh bay leaves
6 or 7 toes garlic
two cans Ro Tel
about 1/2 cup water
2 tbsp. chicken base
1 lb crawfish
