I paid $400 for a 1947 model standard 16 with a Cutts compensator in it a few year ago. The market went way down when they brought out the new A5s. New in box still brings a premium price, but modifications really knock it down. ...

It is perfectly legal to take sick or vacation time and work as well. However, (without knowledge of how the union contract reads) 1.5x overtime is generally not calculated on sick or vacation time. The biggest exception would be holiday pay which usually earns 2x pay if the employee works.

3.) It could taste like crap.
I'm not familiar with canned bisque. The pasta will obviously soak up the liquid in the pan. I would worry about the bisque being "soupy" enough to keep everything moist.

It's not all that different. It's harder to tweak than a small batch. Make it the same way you normally would, just x3, and do as much prep work as you can beforehand....
