Maybe I have not been screwed enough by airlines yet, but I think they do a pretty good job, considering what we ask of them: Get this machine weighing tons upon tons across the country, with 150 people inside within a few hours and make sure they are all alive at the end of the day.

I stayed at Hilton on Acadian last Nov. for the Moo State game. Nice enough hotel, full of football fans, but nothing special in terms of location- had to drive to the game and deal with the traffic afterward. Months in advance, that was the best I could do....
