QB can intentionally ground the ball if he is outside the tackles(sickening)
A 'defenseless' QB rolls 2 steps to his right or left & can spike the ball into the ground with no loss of yards nor penalty. The defense gets pressure on the helpless QB & the Offense gets a 'mulligan'.
